This Saturday we’ll be releasing three hoppy beers! Cans: Pillowfort (8.4% Citra-Azacca DIPA), Vanillafort (8.4% Vanilla Bean DIPA), and New Roommates (7.5% Strata-Hydra IPA)! All three beers will be on tap if you are staying for a pour!

Pre-orders will start on our website around 6 PM Friday night! The beers will be on tap at the tasting room starting Friday if you want a preview!

DIPA DDH with Citra® and Azacca®

Directions to fully enjoying this beer:
1. Ensure Pillowfort is at 40-45 °F/4-7 °C
2. Place two chairs five feet apart.
3. Cover chairs with a bed sheet or table cloth.
4. Prop couch cushions to expand walls.
5. Lounge on pillows inside fort
6. Pour a can of Pillowfort into a glass, and enjoy!

DIPA with Vanilla Beans Added

We first created Vanillafort two years ago as a 10 gallon variant; that single keg of vanilla-bean-infused Pillowfort has finally lead to its first canning run! Talk about rich, dry hopped with over 4-lbs of Citra® and Azacca® plus 30 Madagascar vanilla beans per barrel. The combination of citrus and melon from the hops and creamy vanilla makes for a decedent dessert-like DIPA!

We’ve taken to calling Hydra “American Galaxy” thanks to its intense passionfruit and bubblegum notes. Our friend calls Strata the “good” Citra, with even more dank-citrus aromatics.
