Our next can release will be Pillowfort and Drupe Scoop on Saturday October 24th! The Cheese Up truck will be here all day and we’ll have indoor and outdoor seating available!
Online Pre-sales start at 6 PM on 10/23 through our website. Both beers will be on tap at the tasting room all week if you want to sample first!

Pillowfort – 8.4% ABV – 4-pack/$20
Pillowfort is a fluffy cloud of tropical hops. Dry hopped twice with Citra and Azacca for aromatics that remind of us of grapefruit, cantaloupe, and stonefruit. Our house English yeast provides just a hint of vanilla to create a rich treat.
Drupe Scoop – 6.5% ABV – 4-pack/$18
For this sour collaboration with Aslin Beer Co. we designed a maltier base beer including Biscuit and Vienna for malt sweetness and toasty crust-like notes. For the “filling” we added two of our favorite stone fruits (aka drupes): peaches and apricots. Topped off with a hefty scoop of Madagascar vanilla beans for an à la mode vibe! A fruited sour for autumn.
