Each ticket includes five pours of one-off beer “live infused” by Sapwood Cellars Co-Founder Mike and four exclusive courses by Chef Brock and his culinary team focused on local seasonal items (Maryland Blue crab, spring vegetables, and more)!

**Please note, space is limited, so we’re embracing the beer hall tradition of communal seating!

**$5 of the ticket price is a dedicated for service staff.

Double Dragon: Elder Dragon (Vintage Dry Hopped Sour) and The Dragon (Fresh Hazy IPA) with guided blending

Beer: Flat Leaf Saison – Liquid Nitrogen Muddled Parsley & Gin Saison

1st Course: crab deviled eggs

Beer: Fresh Pressed Juicius – DIPA with Fresh-Squeezed Citrus and Freestyle Cold Pressed Hop Juice

2nd Course: hush puppies w/ remoulade

Beer: Maryland Shore (Summer Pilsner) infused with a JO Seasoning and Lemon Zest Tinctures made with a Sonicator

3rd Course: fried soft shell crab w/ old bay-oli and a cucumber salad

Beer: City of Traitors (City of Shadows Jailbreak-Union Collab Vintage Barrel-Aged Stout) infused with anaerobic-process cold brew coffee

4th Course: peach cobbler w/ vanilla ice cream
