Saturday August 13th we’re releasing three fresh cans of IPA and DIPA: Please pick-up all cans by 6 PM on Sunday 8/14.

Quantum Juicinator ($19/4-pack): 7.0% This is an “extra juicy” IPA with more sweetness, less bitterness, and a combination of tropical aromatics from Galaxy, Citra, and Talus. We get passionfruit curd, orange zest, and a touch of creamy coconut!

White Dragon ($21/4-pack): 8.0% Our Rye DIPA (The Dragon) with a Phantasm-twist. We added Cryo x Phantasm pellets in the kettle and brew-day dry hop. Then our usual rate of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo later. Intensely dank with white wine and blueberry.

TDH Trial #1 ($22/4-pack): 7.4% After our usual 4.5 lbs/bbl two-stage double-dry-hopping we gave this batch a third dose with 3 lbs/bbl of Mosaic in our infusion tank just 36 hours before canning. It’s our biggest, rawest, most-intense IPA ever!
