IPA DDH with Simcoe® and Columbus

A handful of hop varieties pack such appealing aromatics that brewing with them is like cheating. We named our ever-changing series of IPAs “Cheater Hops” in their honor. We are honest brewers, that’s why we can admit when we cheat! We double dry-hopped Cheater Hops #16 with over four pounds-per-barrel of Simcoe and Columbus. The hop combination is pretty West-Coast with danker notes of pine balancing mango and grapefruit.

DIPA DDH with Mosaic® and Galaxy® 

We dry-hopped this DIPA twice with two of our favorite hops (Mosaic and Galaxy)! The result is a gigantic tropical hop aroma, with subtle bitterness balancing the malt sweetness. We fermented with our house English ale strain to round out the hops. Otherwise it’s what you expect from us: hazy, juicy hops, and soft oatiness!
