Saturday April 8th at noon we’ll release fresh cans of: Stay As Long As You Can (5.2% Scottish 60 Shilling), House of Secrets (5.5% Pale Ale with Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Citra Cryo), and Mango Sorbet (6.0% Pale Ale with Freeze-Dried Mango and Vanilla Beans). All three fresh beers are on draft starting Friday. Please pick up all cans by 7 PM Sunday 4/9.
Stay As Long As You Can ($16/4-pack): Scottish 60 Shilling. Mike’s mother traveled in Europe for a few months after graduating college. Her friends were heading back to the US, but Aunt Edna sent a letter with a little cash and a note to “Stay as long as you can.” During that extra time she made new friends and saw new places. Hopefully this malty session ale allows you to stay a little longer enjoying time with friends and family!
House of Secrets ($17/4-pack): Pale Ale DDH with Citra, Galaxy, and Vic Secret. We’re pretty transparent when it comes to our brewing process and recipes, but we do keep a few things secret. Most breweries order malt, hops, and yeast from the same handful of suppliers. We think it is our attention to process detail that makes our beers unique. We built this hazy pale on a creamy base of barley and oats. Hopped with our two favorite Australian varieties Galaxy and Vic Secret along with American Citra. Galaxy and Citra is a near-perfect combination of tropical and citrus notes, but the Vic Secret provides balance with pine and herbaceousness.
Mango Sorbet ($18/4-pack): Pale Ale with Freeze Dried Mango and Vanilla Beans. Mango Sorbet combines hops with tropical aromatics with actual tropical fruit! Freeze dried mangoes enhance the hops without eclipsing them, providing a beautiful mango popsicle aroma that you don’t get from fresh mangoes. All topped-off with another tropical ingredient, vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea for a rich creaminess without the need for lactose!
