Sky Meadow ($17/4-pack): 6.0% Our annual batch of Festbier lager! This recipe is patterned after the highly-drinkable less-malty more-hoppy “tent beer” served at the modern Oktoberfest celebration in Munich. Brewed with heirloom German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich and hopped with Tettnang.

Prophecy of the Clock ($17/4-pack): 6.2% Our Czech dark lager (Tmavé Pivo) brewed with a blend of Floor-Malted Bohemian Pisner and Dark malts, hopped with Saaz, and lagered for six weeks before release. It’s got a blend of cola, cacao, and pumpernickel aromatics.

Smuzi Piña Colada ($22/4-pack): 5.5% Our first “smoothie” sour beer loaded with pineapple puree, flaked coconut, cream of coconut, and fresh lime zest. It’s more sweet than sour, really thick, and delicious!

Rings of Light ($17/4-pack): 5.5% Our first (and still favorite) pale ale is back for the first time in more than a year. We think this batch is better than ever with an especially melon-forward lots of Citra and Citra Cryo.

Conspiratorial Tone ($19/4-pack): 8.3% Weizenbock is the “big brother” to hefeweizen and dunkleweizen. Stronger and maltier, but still drinkable thanks to restrained sweetness, high carbonation, and complex yeast-driven aromatics. This first full-scale batch for us combines German Pisner, Dark Wheat, and Munich with a traditional German hefeweizen strain harvested from White Painting. Can-conditioned for six weeks for high carbonation and mellowing before release!
