Saturday 1/28 at noon we’ll release: Applied Research (7% Phantasm IPA DDH with Motueka SubZero HopKief and Mosaic Cryo), The Quiet Parts Loud (8% DIPA DDH with Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo), and Orange-Lime Sorbet (7.6% DIPA with Fresh Orange & Lime Zest, and Vanilla Beans).

Applied Research: 7% IPA with all the tricks and advanced products: Phantasm (New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc powder) in the whirlpool, Motueka SubZero HopKief late in the fermentation, and finally dry hopping with Freestyle Motueka pellets and Mosaic Cryo. We get white grape, lime zest, and passion fruit.

The Quiet Parts Loud: 8% DIPA, our ode to Simcoe! We DDH with equal parts Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo for a huge aroma of mango, pine, and orange.

Orange Lime Sorbet: We loaded this DIPA with hops… and then fresh orange and lime zests and marshmallow-y Papua New Guinea vanilla beans! Our “milkshake” treatment, as always without lactose!
