Saturday May 13th at noon we’ll release fresh cans of: Fumble Bumble (7.1% IPA with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo), Boy, Have You Long Your Mind! (8.3% DIPA with HBC586, Zappa, and Citra Cryo), Spiral Bound (7.6% DIPA with Spanish Cedar Wood). All three fresh beers are on draft starting Friday. Please pick up all cans by 7 PM Sunday 5/14.

Fumble Bumble ($19/4-pack): DDH Mosaic Cryo IPA: We love Mosaic hops for their blend of berry-fruity and herbal-dank flavors. Thanks to that range or aromatics, it is one of only a handful of hops that we love on their own! We’ve brewed Mosaic DIPA and Pale Ales, but this is our first single-hopped Mosaic IPA!

Spiral Bound ($20/4-pack): Spanish Cedar DIPA: This is a concept that we visited way back in 2019. Spanish Cedar (best known as a material for cigar humidors) really amplifies the grapefruit notes of the hops, along with adding spicy sandalwood flavors that linger long into the finish. It’s a fun and unique balance of beer and wood that is especially food friendly thanks to the spice and citrus notes!

Boy, Have You Lost Your Mind! ($21/4-pack): 586-Zappa-Citra Cryo DIPA: This DIPA was brewed in collaboration with John, one of our favorite longtime customers, for his 50th Birthday! He smelled and selected hops to make one of the Sapwood-iest DIPAs ever with expressive tropical aromatics from two newer varieties (HBC 586 and Zappa), rounded out by citrusy notes from one of our long-time favorites (Citra Cryo)! We stuck with our standard oat-wheat heavy base and house English strain for a creamy backdrop!
