We’ll have indoor seating available if you want to grab a pour while you are here!
Online Pre-sales start at 6 PM on 2/5 through our website. All three beers will be on tap at the tasting room starting Friday if you want a preview!
Green Dragon ($18/4-pack) 6.6% ABV Rye IPA DDH with Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross. Nelson Sauvin is one of our favorite hop varieties thanks to its distinct contribution of white wine and gooseberry aromatics. Sometimes it needs a partner though, so we paired it with Southern Cross, another New Zealand-grown variety. It’s a combination suggested by science because the signature thiol in Nelson Sauvin (3S4MP) acts synergistically with the apricot-leaning ester from Southern Cross (2MIB).

Threat Level Morning ($16/4-pack) 6.1% ABV Scottish-Style Stout with Coffee Added. While we love massive hulking dark beers, sometimes you want to drink a whole can of stout by yourself! Despite its restrained strength, we don’t sacrifice malt-intensity or body. The base stout was inspired by Scottish ales with Golden Promise pale malt, dark caramel malt, and roasted barley. We add a twist with Peruvian Tabaconas coffee beans locally roasted and then added mere days before canning. The coffee intensifies the chocolate-notes from the malt, while bringing its own grape and dried fruit aromatics.

Graveyard of Forgotten Gods ($12/2-pack) – 11.2% ABV Blend of Spiced Porter and Rye-Barrel-Aged Stout. Throughout human history there have been thousands of gods venerated and sacrificed to whose names we’ve lost. This is our ode to the forgotten gods of brewing whom our ancestor beseeched and praised for delicious beer! Blended from 80% imperial porter and 20% rye-barrel-aged imperial stout. The flavors are inspired by Scandinavia, with subtle touches of cardamom seed and licorice root. The result is notes of dark chocolate from the malt, baked goods from the spices, and vanilla from the oak.
