Nelson Sauvin is one of our favorite hops, so we wanted to hop a beer with it and nothing else! That’s Nelson in the mash, kettle, two-rounds of dry hopping, plus a final dose of steam-distilled Nelson oils! The result is a complete and intense expression of the hop’s range of aromatics: gooseberry, Sauvignon Blanc, and rhubarb!

Imperial Stout Brewed with Maple Syrup and with Coffee Added

Nothing says diner breakfast like the mingled aromas of maple syrup and freshly-roasted coffee. We bourbon-barrel-aged 25 gallons of dark maple syrup before adding it to make this massive Imperial Stout even more massive. The recipe has less roast and bitterness to leave room for the coffee from Vigilante Coffee Co. (Hyattsville, MD)! The maple adds woodsy-vanilla-caramel notes that dance around the warming baked good aromatics of the coffee.

Tropical Pop ($18/4-pack) 6.8% ABV

Passion Fruit? Check. Mangoes. Check. Summertime? Check! This sour beer is loaded with two of our favorite fruits for an intensely tropical aromatic. We kept the malts and hops out of the way to maximize the refreshment!
