Bottle Green ($15/16 oz 4-pk) – 5.1% ABV
Pilsner Hopped with Perle
The recipe is simple: German Pilsner malt and water from Liberty Lake in the mash, Hallertau Perle in the kettle, and a malt-forward German lager strain in the tank. Some brewers say that Pilsner is the most difficult beer style to brew because it doesn’t hide mistakes. We did our best! The result is grainy, grassy, and crispy. Difficult for us to brew, but easy for you to drink!

DIPA with Phantasm and Mosaic®
Collaboration with Phantasm and Omega Yeast
Phantasm powder is made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is pretty much the most-concentrated source of thiols there is. These intensely fruity molecules are also found in hops and grain, but a dose of Phantasm increases their presence 10-fold. We used the Cosmic Punch strain from Omega Labs, which produces an enzyme to free those thiols like a keg fitting a lock. The result is a blast of passionfruit and ruby red grapefruit balanced by the hop-intensity of Mosaic Incognito® and Mosaic Cryo®!

Half-DIPA DDH with Cryo Pop™
In addition to its other effects, ethanol (alcohol) has a flavor, mouthfeel, and is a powerful extractor of hop aromatics. To create a DIPA with half the alcohol, we had to turn-up the hops to compensate! We dry hopped with Yakima Chief’s Cryo Pop™, a blend of concentrated hops that saturates the beer with apricot, grapefruit, and mango aromatics!
