Saturday April 15th at noon we’ll release fresh cans of: Hallow Bright (7.1% IPA with Citra and Citra Cryo), Magician’s Bag of Tricks (8.2% DIPA with BRU-1, Citra, and Simcoe), Lime & Coconut Parfait (7.6% DIPA with Coconut, Lime Zest, and Vanilla Beans) and Smüzí Tropical Swirl (6% Smoothie Sour with Coconut, Pineapple, and Banana). All four fresh beers are on draft starting Friday. Please pick up all cans by 7 PM Sunday 4/16.

Hallow Bright ($19/4-pack): Citra Cryo IPA: Name a more iconic duo than Citra and IPA.. I’ll wait. We brewed this new hazy IPA with Citra in the kettle, Citra in the dry hop, and double-concentrated T45 Citra for a second dry hop. The result is luscious melon, citrus, and vanilla aromatics. Sort of like Rings of Light, but 50% more everything!

Lime & Coconut Parfait ($20/4-pack): Lime-Coconut-Vanilla DIPA: Our sorbet series combines hoppy beers with fruit and vanilla, the parfait series adds flaked untoasted coconut! Richer, coconut-creamier, but still bright and drinkable. This installment showcases lime zest which creates a tropical vibe with the underlying Citra®, BRU-1™, and Simcoe® hops. As usual a milkshake without dairy!

Magician’s Bag of Tricks ($21/4-pack): BRU-1-SImcoe-Citra DIPA: We pulled three of our favorite hops out of a bag for this hazy DIPA! Everyone knows Citra and Simcoe, but what about BRU-1? It brings a bright citrus and pineapple aromatics that provide a little magic with two of our favorite varieties! Think of this as a bigger version of Magician’s Hat Trick: bigger alcohol, bigger mouthfeel, bigger hop aroma!

Smuzi Tropical Swirl ($23/4-pack): Smoothie Sour with Pineapple, Coconut, and Banana: A Sapwood smoothie sour… what a time to be alive! We loaded this batch with pineapple, banana, and cream of coconut. It’s sweet with a thick texture from all of the fruit and the richness of the coconut. Each sip will transport you to a warm tropical beach!
