Galactic Swirl ($16/500 mL): Raspberry-Vanilla Red. The 440 lbs of raspberries we used for Throwing Hearts still had a lot to give, so we added vanilla beans and refilled the tote with tart red ale! The rich caramel malt, jammy raspberries, toasty oak from rum and wine barrel aging melds into a flavor that is out of this world… literally raspberries and rum both contain an aroma molecule that has been detected swirling in the clouds at the center of the Milky Way!
