Cherry Growing Season 2022: 5.2% Pale wild ale aged in two wine barrels for 18 months, then refermented on 300 lbs of Maryland cherries from Milburn Orchards in Elkton (Dark-Sweet Hartland) and Baugher’s Orchards in Westminster (Sour Pie Cherries).

Older Nails: 12.2% A strong dark vinous sour based on historic English stock ales and Belgian Oud Bruins. The goal was a beer that drinks like a sherry or port. We aged it in third-use bourbon barrels for 30 months. Bottled and served uncarbonated.
