Field Learning w/ Bissell Brothers: 6.3% Pale wild ale brewed with Phantasm (NZ Sauvignon Blanc powder), soured in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with Bissell’s house culture, then infused with fresh Chardonnay grapes from Crow Vineyard (Kennedyville, MD)!

Order to Chaos #2 2022: 9.2% Blend of bourbon-barrel-aged Imperial Stout and Pinot Noir Barrel-Aged Sour Red. A recreation of a draft-only blend from our third anniversary party!
