Saturday March 4th at noon we’ll release: CBPB (14% Imperial Stout aged in Cherry Brandy barrels with roasted peanuts and PB2), Shopper Hoarder (6.9% Chardonnay barrel-aged Cider with our house Brett Saison culture), and I’m Grand (5% Irish Coffee Stout… with Irish Cream coffee, and non-dairy vanilla ice cream mix). All three new beers are on draft starting Friday.
CBPB (Cherry Brandy Peanut Butter) ($24/btl): Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Imperial Stout aged in Cherry Brandy Barrels with Peanuts and Peanut Butter Powder
I’m Grand ($17/4-pack): Irish Coffee Stout. We love the strong pastry stouts, but sometimes it’s nice to have a fun beer that is a little more sessionable! This stout is inspired by Irish Coffee, with flavored coffee beans from Baltimore Coffee Co. for aroma and non-dairy soft-serve for creaminess and richness.
Shopper Hoarder ($14/btl): Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Cider.As with all of our ciders, this one started with a blend of Virginia apples (Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, York, and Ida Red) and our house culture. Then this one spent most of its maturation time in two first-use Chardonnay wine barrels. The result is an increase in acidity, mouthfeel, and richness.
