This Friday we’ll be releasing three new beers in cans: 3S4MP (7% Fidens Brewing collab IPA with Phantasm/Nelson), Combo Wombo (8.6% DIPA with Strata and Mosaic Cryo), Half the World (10% Barley “Wine” w/ Sauvignon Blanc juice), plus bottles of Elliptical Orbit 2021 (dark sour with Rosemary & Orange)! All three beers will be on tap with indoor seating if you are staying for a pour!

Pre-orders will start on our website around 6 PM Thursday night! The beers will be on tap at the tasting room starting Wednesday too if you want a preview!


3S4MP ($19/4-pack) – 7.0% ABV

Hazy IPA Brewed in Collaboration with Fidens with Phantasm and Nelson Sauvin

This is an IPA so packed we flavor that we couldn’t brew it alone! Our friends from Fiden’s Brewing Co. (Colonie, NY) helped create this recipe with two fantastic ingredients from New Zealand: Nelson Sauvin hops and dried Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The result is ridiculous! Loaded with notes of gooseberry from the hops, passionfruit from the fermentation, and white grape from the grapes!

Combo Wombo ($20/4-pack) – 8.6% ABV

Hazy DIPA DDH with Strata™, Mosaic®, and Mosaic Cryo®

With 100 hop varieties available today, there are 4,950 two-hop combinations possible. Rather than throw darts at the boxes in the cooler, we pair varieties that enhance or balance. For this DIPA we selected two varieties that bring dankness and fruit. Strata leans citrusy-tropical while Mosaic tends towards berry. The combination oozes modern New England tropical and classic Pacific Northwest herb on the nose, with eruptive tangerine and blueberry hop flavor on the palate.

Half the World ($24/4-pack) – 10.0% ABV

Barley “wine” Brewed with Phantasm Powder with Sauvignon Blanc Juice Added

Half the world drinks beer, the other half drinks wine. To bridge those worlds we brewed a barleywine in a literal sense, a beer influenced by winemaking techniques and ingredients as much as possible. Phantasm Powder is derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, providing the thiols that create tropical aromatics in New Zealand whites. We then added Sauvignon Blanc grape juice to enhance that expression while also cutting the maltiness of the beer. The result brings together the crackery and grassy flavors of malt and hops with the rhubarb and passion fruit flavors of Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Elliptical Orbit 7.8% – $16/500 mL Bottle (Order up to 4)

Dark Sour Ale Aged in Red Wine Barrels with Rosemary and Orange Zest Added

In 2008 Mike and his friend Alex Howe began a tradition of homebrewing Dark Funky Saisons each fall. The recipe and results evolving and revolving over a decade. Elliptical Orbit 2021 is our scaled-up spin on the first iteration, with the deep dark flavor of dehusked roasted malt, the earthiness of a mixed-culture fermentation in oak, and the vibrancy of homegrown rosemary and fresh orange zest. The third entry in a renewed tradition.!
