Our First Beer Dinner on February 25th! 
6:30-8:30 PM

Each ticket includes four half-pours and three exclusive off-menu courses put together by Chef Brock and team! One of the beer pairings will be a sneak peak of the second release in Mike’s Backwards History IPA Project—a Brut IPA featuring Mosaic and El Dorado hops. Stay tuned for the final beer pairings!

**Please note, space is limited, so we’re embracing the beer hall tradition of communal seating!

**$5 of the ticket price is a dedicated for service staff.

First Course

Food: Jamón Croquettes with lemon aioli

Beer: Brut IPA (1/2 Pour)

Entrée

Food: Ancho Chile-Rubbed Braised Short Ribs served over Tajín polenta, topped with gremolata

Beer: Osmosis (Full Pour) + 2oz Oldest Nails

Dessert

Food: Coconut Panna Cotta topped with mango-yuzu coulis and toasted coconut

Beer: Barrel-Aged Vanillafort or Bridge Four 2026 (depending on availability)
