We are excited to host another exclusive ticketed coffee event at the brewery! Our first event with Vigilante Coffee back in 2019 was a huge success, so we decided to do it again. This time, we are teaming up with Quarrelsome Coffee, located in St. Louis, MO. Joining Scott for the event is Connor James, Quarrelsome’s Coffee Program Manager. Together, they will guide you through the coffees served at the event, both in the beer and on their own.

Quarrelsome Coffee was founded by the owners of Omega Yeast, giving them unique expertise in coffee fermentation and how to best pair coffee with beer. You may already be familiar with Quarrelsome because we’ve collaborated with them on two beers: Lifeblood and Fighting Words!

Each ticket includes:
– 5 oz pours of 6 exclusive coffee beers for the event
– Coffee samples from the selected varieties featured in the beer
– A Sapwood Cellars coffee mug
– Discussion on the selected coffees, methods of integrating them into the beer, coffee fermentation, and the bean selection and roasting process!
