Join our tasting panel for the day and taste-along as we decide which barrels to combine to create a new sour beer! Learn the art of blending and how good (and bad) single barrels can be. Receive two bottles of the resulting beer, one to enjoy now and one to cellar.
Blending sessions will occur early-mid 2019 on couple days that work for those who sign up. We’ll attempt to limit it to 5 people per session.
